Carolina Process Server provides mobile notary and signing agent services under the following terms and conditions.

(a) The requesting party (client) is responsible for all charges regardless of closings and or no shows.
(b) Unless a billing agreement is in place, all payments are due at time of service.
(c) Carolina Process Server does not agree to partial payment and/or waiver of fees because of lender or other third party errors or  omissions. 
(d) Regardless of requesting parties polices, terms, and operating procedure, Carolina Process Server operates under the polices described herein and no other policies, terms, and operating procedures will apply.
(e) Cancellation of service will be honored with 24 hour notice. A standard $25.00 cancellation fee will be applied for any canceled requests with less than 24 hour notice and before agent is dispatched. Minimum rate will apply after agent is dispatched.
(f) All document printing is charged at current quoted per page fees, this will be waived with cancellation if documents have not been printed. Regardless of cancellation time, if we were requested to print documents more than 24 hours prior to service, the per page print fee will not be waived.
(g) We make no warranty of service, and will be held harmless for unforeseen circumstances, acts of god, and other travel related emergencies that may delay and/or cancel our ability to show up on time for services.
(h) Carolina Process Server reserves the right to amend and/or cancel any terms and conditions provided to herein.
(i) In the event of non-payment of service, Carolina Process Server will understand this to be a act of fraud upon a sworn public official from the State of North Carolina. When a fraud is perpetrated in the course of our official duties, Carolina Process Server may take the following actions:
                        1) Notify the Attorney General.
                        2) Notify the Secretary of State within the territory of the client.
                        3) Notify the FBI of possible internet fraud should the service request originate through this website or its emails.
                        4) Charge a interest rate of eighteen percent (18%) per annum on any unpaid balance.
(j) In the event of any disputes that arise beyond the ability to resolve between the client and Carolina Process Server. Any action brought against Carolina Process Server will be within the County of Iredell State of North Carolina. Should the client choose any other venue, the client will be responsible for all fees associated with the defense and travel fees regardless of outcome.
